1. About HeroLead
HeroLead is a lead generation campaign management service operated by Blueberry Web Solutions Pvt Ltd. The service helps clients plan, set up, manage, track, and improve paid lead generation campaigns across advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, or other channels agreed with the client.

2. Scope of Services
Depending on the agreed scope, HeroLead may provide services such as campaign planning, audience research, ad creative direction, ad copy suggestions, lead form setup guidance, campaign setup, campaign monitoring, Google Sheet or CRM routing guidance, reporting, and follow-up workflow suggestions.
Any specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and platform access requirements may be confirmed separately by proposal, invoice, email, order form, or written communication.
3. Advertising Spend Is Separate
The client is fully responsible for all advertising costs, media buying budgets, taxes, platform charges, and third-party fees charged by Meta, TikTok, Google, or any other advertising, CRM, SMS, WhatsApp, email, automation, design, hosting, or analytics platform.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, HeroLead and Blueberry Web Solutions Pvt Ltd do not pay, advance, reimburse, or bear the client’s advertising spend or third-party platform costs.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Lead generation performance depends on many factors outside our control, including the client’s offer, pricing, landing page, audience size, market demand, competition, ad budget, sales follow-up, platform algorithm, approval policies, and user behaviour.
Therefore, HeroLead and Blueberry Web Solutions Pvt Ltd do not guarantee any specific number of leads, quality of leads, conversion rate, sales, revenue, return on ad spend, profit, appointment bookings, business growth, or campaign approval by any third-party platform.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate business information, timely approvals, advertising account access where required, brand assets, product/service details, target audience information, budget decisions, and sales feedback. The client is responsible for complying with the laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and advertising policies applicable to their business, industry, offer, and location.
6. Platform Policies and Account Access
Advertising platforms may approve, reject, limit, suspend, or change campaigns or accounts at their own discretion. HeroLead is not responsible for platform downtime, account restrictions, ad rejections, policy changes, billing issues, tracking limitations, or algorithm changes by Meta, TikTok, Google, or any other third-party platform.
7. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
Fees for HeroLead services will be communicated before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in writing, management fees are charged for campaign management work and are separate from advertising spend. Once setup, strategy, campaign work, or management activity has started, fees may not be refundable except where expressly agreed in writing.
8. Content, Creatives, and Approvals
HeroLead may prepare or suggest ad copy, creative direction, lead form questions, and follow-up messaging. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all claims, offers, prices, guarantees, testimonials, regulated-industry statements, and business information before campaigns go live.
9. Data and Lead Handling
Leads collected through campaigns may be routed to tools such as Google Sheets, CRM systems, email platforms, Twilio, WhatsApp tools, or other services chosen or approved by the client. The client is responsible for using lead data lawfully and for obtaining any permissions required for follow-up communications.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeroLead and Blueberry Web Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-loss damages, including loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of leads, account suspension, platform rejection, or advertising spend losses.
11. Intellectual Property
HeroLead, its website design, text, systems, templates, processes, and branding are owned by or licensed to Blueberry Web Solutions Pvt Ltd. Client-provided logos, images, offers, and business materials remain the property of the client or their respective owners.
12. Termination
Either party may stop future services as agreed in writing. The client remains responsible for unpaid fees, advertising spend, third-party costs, and approved work completed before termination.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to HeroLead services.
